Provider List
This list was developed by Community Refugee and Immigration Services (CRIS) and is being managed by RIMHCO. We are committed to reviewing and updating this list on an annual basis to ensure accurate information is provided. For a provider to be on this list, they need to evidence that they are accessible to refugee and immigrant communities.
All mental health providers on this list accept Medicaid and/or offer sliding scale fees, with the exception of Psychological Evaluators and Civil Surgeons.
SPECIALTY PROVIDERS

Licensed mental health professionals that conduct detailed interviews for asylum seekers (VAWA, T-Visa, Extreme Hardship, U-Visa, Political Asylum), particularly regarding their mental health and experiences related to trauma. The evaluation is provided to their attorney and submitted with their legal cases. Medical insurance does not cover the cost of these evaluation.

Doctors that conduct medical examinations (I-693) that are required for U.S. immigration. Medical insurance does not cover the cost of these evaluations.
